AM TECH DAY APAC will provide you with the furniture, electricity (one power outlet located at your counter) and visuals you need for your stand, in order to standardise the exhibition space and make it easier for you to manage.

We therefore inform you that it will not be authorised to place any other element (furniture, TV etc.) on your stand other than that provided by AM TECH DAY APAC.

We will contact you to discuss your requirements.
To display your marketing material on your 43", LED TV screen, please bring a USB with files in MP4 or JPEG format. A USB will not play a PowerPoint presentation in PPTX.

 If you wish to display a PowerPoint presentation, please save your file as an MP4. 

Note that the screen ratio is 16:9.
Any request to use a service provider other than those mentioned above must be made in writing to the organiser (contact@amtechdayapac.com), specifying the service to be provided and the service provider required. This request must be approved by the AM TECH DAY APAC team.
