- Gregory Haynes has worked his entire career in global derivative markets across front, middle and back-office roles as well as legal and compliance functions. Since November 2023, Greg has led the efforts of KOR in Australia and Asia Pacific to bring new licensed Trade Repositories and advanced reporting services to a wide range of client segments. Prior to KOR, Greg enjoyed periods working for international and domestic banks in London and Sydney, including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, and has been involved with OTC trade reporting from its inception.
Greg has extensive experience overseeing end-to-end regulatory change processes from consultations with a wide variety of domestic and international regulators through to implementation of technology and process change necessary to meet new standards at various organisations. He has led significant programs of change and remediation in respect of OTC trade and transaction reporting in both major banks as well as buy-side entities.
