Before you start


You can invite your customers who belong to the complimentary category: Asset Management, Superannuation, Wealth Management
Investment Banking

Anyone who does not fall into this category will not be accepted, as each registration is subject to moderation.

Please note: you must not register your employees in this section.

Your invite quota is subject to your partner package.

How to send my invitations


1. Configure your invitation and personalise your email.
2. Import or manually add your guests
3. View guest status after import.

New features :

You can edit the subject line, the sender's name, your logo,
a text block and the reply email.

Invitations are sent automatically.

We invite you to add a guest no later than Friday 14th February 2025.

Understanding the different statuses

There are 9 statuses for your guests:

Registered: Your guest has already registered for the event and received their confirmation email. They will not be contacted again.
Registered from another invitation: Your guest has already accepted another invitation.
Imported: Your guest has been imported into your list.
Email sent : The invitation email has been sent.
Email opened : The invitation email has been opened.
Email clicked: The invitation email has been clicked.
Unreachable: The invitation email did not reach its destination (soft or hard bounce). You need to check the email address you entered, as there's a good chance it's incorrect or no longer valid.
Opt-out: The person you wish to invite has already informed us that they do not wish to receive an e-mail.
Not finalised: Your guest has started the registration process, but has not completed it.
